What is our return policy ?

Due to the nature of our products, BRISKRACING does not accept returns on installed / open-box Spark Plugs. Owing to the application of the Spark Plugs in the engine, once they are installed, there would be carbon marks on the threads and electrodes. They can be returned if they are not installed in the engine and are new with their original unopened packaging. Once the spark plug is installed and the car has been started the Spark plug would do its function. If there is no current from the Car's electrical (namely the Ignition Coil and HT Leads) the spark plug would not pass the current for combustion in the combustion chamber. But that cannot be taken as a failure owing to the Spark plug, which any case would not happen, even rarely. BRISK is a quality product and used all over Europe in millions of cars owners and many car manufacturers as OE in their vehicle for past 80 years.

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee without exception. If the Spark plug you ordered will not fit in your car or application, we will gladly accept it back in exchange for a suitable application or in case the product is not available you are liable to get full credit towards any other item from our store.

What is our exchange policy?

Parts may be exchanged if they are in new condition and packing as shipped by us with the courier. Further, you can only exchange for a higher scale model or option and not vice versa.

You would be required to pay the difference amount as decided by our sales team condition with their original unopened packaging for credit towards anything else in- stock. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date. For example, you ordered a copper Spark Plug but changed your mind and now want to use a Silver Racing Spark plug. In this case your need to pay for the difference with shipping cost as decided by our sales team.

If your returned part(s) cannot be restocked as "new" we reserve to right to deny the exchange or apply only a partial credit towards your new items (no more than 20% reduction in value.)

What is our refund policy?

If you return an item for a refund, it must first meet the criteria stated in our above returns policy. If the item is received within 7 days from the original purchase date, we will issue a refund back to the original payment source. After 7 days from the original purchase date, we can only issue store credit.

How are shipping costs handled on returns/exchanges?

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our shop. However, if the exchange is necessary because of our mistake, we will cover all shipping charges involved. Free shipping coupons are not valid on any exchange. If you used a free shipping promotion on your original order and returned that order for a refund or exchange; that promotion is then forfeited and the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund/store credit granted.

How can I cancel my order?

You must call us before the order status is changed to "shipped". Once the order status is marked as shipped, the products have already left our facility and the order cannot be cancelled. Please beware that due to our e-mail volume, we can only guarantee cancellation requests will be fulfilled if they are called in.

Once an order is shipped out, there is no cancellation. In eventuality of any refund , we can only refund the balance left after the shipping costs are paid to the carrier. Special Orders bought under "OFFERS" cannot be cancelled, they are placed by your commitment to the purchase.

BRISK RACING Cancellation Policy

The customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it and before they are shipped via the courier agency.

This will mean that no future billing will be charged to your account, and it will also not generate a refund. If you have paid for the cancelled item through your credit card, we will not charge it for the cancelled transaction. But if you have made your payment through your debit card or through net banking, then you should instruct your bank to stop the payment. Your amount will be refunded to your account within 2-5 business days. However, the time taken to receive the refund will depend on the processing time taken by your bank, which may be from 7 to 15 days. If the credit is not refunded within this time, you should check with your bank and inform us about any issues you might be facing.

Misuse of return policy

If we find that a customer requests repeated returns and refunds, he or she may be blocked from purchasing from our online store in future. Such customers may also get their right to return revoked.


What is the warranty on my parts?

Spark plugs owing to their nature would not carry any warranty. However, if a spark plug does not fire at all which it was required to do, you stand to get a replacement. Spark plug having a manufacturing defect would stand to be replaced. However, the decision about the cause of failure decision in this case lies solely on the manufacturer of the product.

All warranties are non-transferrable and are only applicable to the original purchaser.

Life of a Spark plug ?

Spark plugs are a consumable. Life of the spark plug is the expected life span which the spark plug would give service. The manufacutrer's give an approximate KM's as their expected life which they are expected to perform to optimum level beyond which they should be replaced with a new one. The condition of the spark plug shows the condition of the engine and how it is maintained. The life of the spark plug also varies upon the various parts of the engine, its upkeep, its electricals, driving conditions etc.

What if something is missing from my order?

If you believe that an item is missing from your order; please help by e-mailing (shipping@briskracing.in) us a picture of the contents of your package, and the included packing slip. We will work together with you to help make sure you receive the correct/missing parts right away. Any missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, beyond that - we will not be responsible for such parts or any associated costs to deliver them.
