Autogas India / BRISKRACING.IN is the only sole distributor of Brisk Spark Plugs authorized by Brisk Tabor Czech Republic for India. To optimize service to our customers, BRISKRACING.IN serves most markets by utilizing only its authorized dealers and workshops in INDIA.

Any form of unauthorized sales and distribution of Brisk Spark plugs are strictly prohibited. BRISKRACING.IN will not be liable for form of malfunction or manufacturer defect if Brisk plugs are sold through un- authorised channels. Further any illegal import or sale in INDIA is liable to strict action as deemed fit by BRISKRACING.IN or AUTOGAS INDIA

Jurisdiction

You agree that all disputes and legal action brought against BriskRacing.in shall be governed by the laws of the State of Haryana only without regard to its conflict of law principles.
